1. Follow the links on this page and download the registration form

2. Complete the contact details on the form with the information required. Ensure you provide an e-mail address to receive notification of updates on the conference

3. Indicate the desired form of payment (Bank Transfers use Barclays Bank)

4. Mail or Fax the form to the address below to complete registration

5. We kindly request those delegates paying by cheque to enclose a copy of this form with their remittance

Registration Fees

Principal Author (1 per paper)                               £295                                               

Delegates (after February 1st 2004)                        £375

Students^*                                                             £225                                     

* Students are kindly requested to enclose a copy of their student card or certification by programme director

The fee includes registration, conference proceedings, which will be handed to you upon registration at the conference desk, lunches, coffee / tea from Wednesday to Friday, the Reception on Wednesday evening, and the Recital and Conference Dinner on Thursday evening.

Those guests with special dietary requirements such as vegetarians, are advised to contact the T-POD secretariat with their requirements so allowances can be made. Please either make your requirements known at time of registration or contact T-POD using the e-mail address provided.

Cancellation of Registration

All fees, less a cancellation charge of £50 per conference delegate, will be refunded for cancellation requests received before 16th February 2004. No refund of fees will be made for cancellation after this date but the conference proceedings will be mailed to you.
