T-POD Conference a success!

The T-POD conference hosted by the University of Newcastle - School of Marine Science and Technology as part of FASTPOD activities was a great success. Over 120 delegates from 20 countries participated in the first ever Pod conference; 37 papers were presented representing all of the key aspects of pod technology contributing significantly to the state-of-the-art for Pod technology.

 

Conference Proceedings

T-POD conference proceedings may now be ordered through the University of Newcastle. The proceedings are soft bound, A4 (547 pages) with postage and package included in the price. Order forms are available through the following link Conference Proceedings Order Form

 

Conference Pictures

Photographs taken of all the delegates at the T-POD banquet are now available on the conference page. The file size has been reduced to allow easy download, however higher quality images are available by contacting tpod@ncl.ac.uk

 

 

Final Programme

In preparation for the T-POD conference a Final Programme is now available to download. Details of all of the papers, session chairmen and the social activities planned are also included. Please follow the link - Final Programme

 

Conference Maps

Conference Announcement and Registration Brochure

A preliminary brochure providing details of the up-coming T-POD conference is now available for download. The brochure contains useful information on the conference together with venue, hotels and registration. Conference Brochure

 

Registration Forms Now Available

Registration forms for the T-POD conference are now available for download. Please fax or mail the form to the                University of Newcastle. Delegates are reminded if they fax their registration please enclose a copy of the form with their remittance

 

Authors Guide Now Available

T-POD corresponding Authors can now download the Authors Guide for the submission of papers to the T-POD conference, available on the Papers page or by following the link Authors Guide

 

Technological Advances in Podded Propulsion Establishes Internet Presence

T-POD Launches its conference website on September 12th. The site provides up to the minute information on the conference together with hotel bookings and travel information
